GIS Center has been initiated at Musi Banyuasin District since 2009 and currently is in developing stage. MRPP has facilitated GIS center especially in capital development. Some trainings have been facilitated in cooperation with bappeda Muba and Lapan, related to GIS, GPS and Remote Sensing throught training, workshop and comparative study. Further training is still required to ensure higher skill of the GIS Center staffs.
